AAA Western and Central New York has hired Dan Ponivas as its Information Technology Manager of End User Services. In his new role, Ponivas will be based out of the AAA headquarters in Amherst and will provide support for all AAA end users across the organization’s regional footprint. He will manage the IT support team’s activities, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
