AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce that Stacey McConnell has been promoted to Vice President of Insurance for AAA Members Insurance Agency of Western and Central New York, Inc. Formerly Director of Insurance Sales & Service Operations, Stacey will begin her new role immediately.

She will be responsible for the strategic direction of the organization’s insurance operation, with an emphasis on growing AAA’s insurance presence throughout the greater Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse areas.

“I am thrilled to take on a new role at AAA Western and Central New York and further develop our team,” McConnell said. “I look forward to growing our insurance division as more people realize the many benefits of our insurance coverage.”

AAA Western and Central New York offers a variety of insurance products: auto, home, renters, life, commercial, motorcycle, RV, pet, and Medicare.
 
Stacey joined AAA Western and Central New York in 2017 and has been responsible for sales and service operations. She has 16 years of insurance experience, including a strong background in auto and property sales and service. Her background includes roles as an agent, supervisor, trainer, and manager throughout various divisions at GEICO. Stacey is a licensed Property and Casualty agent and holds an active Life insurance license.

A graduate of Daemen College and a native of Orchard Park, Stacey now resides in Clarence Center with her husband and their two children. She works out of the AAA Amherst Travel & Insurance Center.

Stacey replaces David Hodge, who has taken a new role as Sales Executive at CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurance carrier and partner.
