AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce that Teresa Jones has been hired as Manager of Medicare Sales. Teresa comes to AAA from Independent Health where she worked in Medicare sales over the past 15 years. Teresa’s collaboration with senior organizations and the community is well recognized and respected.

In her new role, she is responsible for leading a team of licensed Medicare experts who can help AAA members and communities across Western and Central New York help find the best Medicare plan 
“I was attracted to AAA and its loyal membership base,” she said. “I look forward to growing our Medicare broker business through my experience and relationships.”

Medicare is the federal insurance program for people who are 65 or older or certain younger people with disabilities. AAA Western and Central New York is available to help individuals navigate Medicare and understand enrollment guidelines. Teresa will manage licensed Medicare experts across the region. AAA Western and Central New York offers personalized Medicare consultations, virtual reviews, and online information sessions.

AAA’s Medicare experts review an individual’s Medicare health plan choices, help them understand their Medicare options, and find the best plan for their needs.

Teresa was born and raised in Lockport. She has since left Niagara County for North Buffalo. You’ll often find her checking out the food scene on Hertel Avenue in her spare time. Yet most often, she’s busy with her husband, daughter and five stepchildren, who enjoy camping and other outdoor activities together. Teresa is also a huge Bills fan!
