What is the limit of Roadside Assistance calls for my membership?

Each member (Primary or Associate) in your household is allowed four Emergency Road Service calls per year. (If there are two AAA members in your household, each one would be allowed four calls for a total of eight.) There is no waiting time between Roadside Assistance calls. When a member uses all of their calls, they can still call AAA for service, but will be charged a special member rate. This rate is often lower than the commercial rates charged by towing companies - so, your AAA membership is working for you even when you have exceeded your annual limit! Please see your membership agreement for complete details.

Please note road service calls are not able to be placed via online or mobile app after all four free service calls have been used for your membership year. The only option to place the request is to call so that any applicable rates for service can be explained over the phone.
