If the Registration page states the email is already in use

  • An old AAA.com registration may need to be relinked to a new member number. Log in with your email and password. Once you log in - the system will detect the inactive membership and ask if you would like to relink a new member number. Select the relink step to enter your new member number.

If the above are not suitable options please complete the below contact form providing your old and new membership number and the email address on file. We will respond back as soon as possible Monday - Friday 8-4pm.
